Half gentle yoga, Half sound bowl meditation, this class is guaranteed to leave you feeling relaxed and restored! With a combination of deep stretching postures, followed by various sound healing instruments, you allow your body and your mind to take a break, go inward, and calm your nervous system. πŸ™πŸΌ

Join me again this Thursday at 7pm on top of the BANQ building in downtown Kingsport! Class is 60 mins, $20/person. All you need is a mat and water! Yoga mats available for rent for $5. Feel free to get extra cozy with blankets, pillows and comfy clothes! 🫢🏼

Super excited to announce Terra & Tides Yoga’s NEWEST CLASS starting next Thursday Oct. 9th @ 7pm on the rooftop of BANQ Events building in Downtown Kingsport! 🧑

This class starts out with relaxing deep stretch postures, followed by a Sound Bath Meditation, using various frequency instruments leaving your body, mind & soul feeling aligned and refreshed! πŸ™πŸΌ

Open to ALL, beginner or advanced! No yoga experience required.

What you’ll need: Water & Yoga Mat - yoga mat rentals available for $5. For extra coziness, bring a blanket & pillow! πŸ§˜πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ
