Hey all! Just wanted to share the link to sign up for Saturday’s class! Even if you’re not going to attend, please share with your friends, I’d love to have a full house, makes for a much more interactive and fun class!
I am going to give away free private lessons to work on self defense to one lucky attendee! Maybe it’ll be you! We are also holding a raffle for a year of classes for you or a family member! Let’s have fun while we learn! Spread the word please!

It was not a white Christmas, but a wet Christmas! Look at these troopers ready to pass out candy canes and guest passes for class! Thank you to everyone who came out and volunteered! It was nice seeing all the smiling faces as we passed by with Jax and his twinkling reindeer antlers and kids getting candy! Martial arts is more than what goes on in the school.

Exciting news! We're thrilled to announce that we'll be participating in the Kingsport Chamber's Trunk or Treat event in downtown Kingsport, and we need your candy donations to make it extra special for the kids. 👻🚗

This event promises to be a spectacular Halloween extravaganza. We're expecting a crowd of little trick-or-treaters, and we want to ensure they have a fantastic time. If you have any extra candy to spare or if you'd like to make a significant contribution, please consider donating. Your generosity will make a big difference in creating unforgettable memories for the children of our community. 🧡

You can drop off your candy donations at our school anytime between today and October 11 during regular class hours. Let's come together as a martial arts community and make this Trunk or Treat in downtown Kingsport a Halloween to remember! 👑🏰
