🏀 WEEK #1 RECAP

What a great Week #1! We had some very competitive games and a lot of exciting basketball. These kids competed, battled, and most importantly, had FUN! It was a great way to kick things off.

WEEK #1 DEVOTION: “PLAY FOR SOMETHING BIGGER”

Our reminder this week was simple:
Basketball is something you play—but it is not who you are. Your identity and your worth are not found in how many points you score, how many games you win, or how good you are at basketball. Your identity and worth come from being a child of God, created by Him and created to glorify Him.

God has given each of these kids the ability to play this game. So the challenge is to use that ability to honor Him.

We’re excited to see what Week #2 brings!
