Thinking about starting a Saturday adult bootcamp here in Kingsland called Phase 0: Earn Your Weekend.

The idea is simple. Show up, work hard, have fun, and actually feel like you earned your weekend.

This would be for adults of all fitness levels who want results, accountability, and good energy without the gym pressure.

Before I put it together, I want to see who’d be interested. What would be a good time for a Saturday
