Throwback to last summers Varsity team in honor of today being our FIRST DAY of Varsity summer season practice! We have grown so much since and I can’t wait to see what year 2 of shELITE looks like! Excited to see all of my varsity gals today old and new! Remember, these next two weeks of practice are FREE to come try the team out!

VARSITY: Mon & Wed @ 1-2pm
JV: Tues & Thurs @ 1-2pm
WHOLE TEAM: Fridays 1-2:30pm

It's that time! Our summer season is on its way and we want YOU to be a part of it! ✨🏋🏼‍♀️

Reasons to be a SHELITE:
☆ Huge benefit for school athletes or intended athletes wanting to make a team or become more advanced in their skills, form, & technique
☆ For those not on a school team, this is great for getting that team building experience as well as a way to be active and set new goals for yourself!
☆ We compete in team activities and local competitions such as obstacle races and a new, exciting competition for this season that we will discuss at the parent interest meeting!
☆ We do team bonding activities and team banquets/awards
☆ We will have a summer intern with us this year that will be offering PERSONAL 1-on-1 sessions for each member to work on their specific goal or sport
☆ We are a year round team, but our summers are our intensives! We love setting new team goals and bettering our athletes so that they enter the new school year even stronger and more confident than ever!
