Well today was bittersweet and a tad emotional. Thank you to everyone who supported us over the last 7 years. We had some wonderful parting gifts dropped off today and lots of you stopped by to wish us well. We will miss you all! ❤️❤️

LMNT is available in all flavors at Bicycle Outfitters! These are the best electrolyte packs I have found. I personally drink one a day to keep my leg cramps away. They contain 1000mg of sodium, 200mg of Potassium and 60mg of Magnesium. You can even drink them hot, or use in recipes or as marinades!! Salt gets a bad rap, but it’s essential for all of us even those with high blood pressure.
