I would like to be the first to congratulate my best bud Tim Goldston on his last minute buck. With 3 days left in the Kansas season one-armed Tim got it done at about 10 yds. It was a whiteout when Tim was walking to his blind. He saw his target buck and crouched in the CRP. Put an arrow in his pre-cocked crossbow (his wife pre-cocked it before he left the lodge because he can’t use him right arm). Put the stock on his left shoulder and got the buck left handed. He’s a bad a$$! Congrats buddy. You’re amazing!

It only takes one day and the flood gates have opened! Big bucks on all cameras day and night.

Congrats Craigen Johnson on harvesting a buck we've been watching for some time. A beauty!

The first week on November this year was tough. Full moon and high temperatures kept the bucks at bay. Some say the bucks are in lock-down but we have not seen anything that would suggest that to be the case.

The guys hunted hard and made some great memories.

Lets see what the week ahead has to offer!

Boom! 3 for 3 in South Central Kansas . In only 4 days we have managed to take down some great deer with 3 hunters in camp. 1 and 2 day sits only and our hunter are very happy with the deer that they have harvested. A hunter from Maryland, Louisiana, and Utah have all got some great bucks. Memories with the guides and land that they have shared together. It’s has been a tough couple of days of downpours from the sky’s and tough sits but we prevailed.

Next week we have another crew that is hopefull. We will do everything possible to make more exciting memories in camp and the field.
