This was me before I found my passion of the gym. I’m sure many have these stories but I’ll share mine. I was fat, unhappy, and looking for the next meal. Thanks to Jake Gaither I was introduced to a new way of life. Was I anxious? YES! Did I feel embarrassed sometimes? YES! Was it a struggle? MOST DEFINITELY! Do I regret it? HECK NO! I found that most people that are regularly at the gym started in the same place I did. I found that most of the gym goers were actually encouraging and would congratulate or compliment you on your progress. This still happens at Muscle Pa’s and it’s the whole reason to began my journey into the gym business. With that being said, these are the things we hope for you to experience at Muscle Pa: A welcoming environment, A clean space, A place for you to reset, A place that improves your mental and physical health (it did it for me), and above all a place where YOU belong. Our interest isn’t only how big your muscles are or how small your tummy is. These are the possible side effects you get. However, our interests are about you as a person and the benefits that go beyond the physical aspects as well. God Bless and we love you at Muscle-Pa’s!
