These Kids do not lack in Agression! Now with time we will clean up the punches and defense and they will be absolute units! The sweet science takes time to perfect, but they will get there. I am looking forward to what these kids do once they're competition ready

Huge shoutout to Leland and Emilio. Both did their very 1st sparring session. Nether one showed any fear. You can play basketball, football, baseball etc. But you don't play boxing. In Boxing we fight and they both showed no fear to get after it! Future champs in the making

Prepping the boys for sparring with a little game tonight! They put a rubber band tucked in their shirt and the objective is to use foot work and quick hand speed to sn**ch the band and accumulate points

Kids are looking solid! Working on combining our punches with foot work today. Sparring is in the near future for these kids!

I haven't posted in a while but the gym is still very much active! I am a firm believer that you must lead by example. I strapped on the gloves and had one of my more advanced guys hold the pads for me and showed them how its done! I've still got it and do plan to fight again myself
