Right after wrapping up our training session at RISE gym yesterday, I was fiddling on my phone when I heard trainer Marshall Roy say, "DON'T MOVE, JUST KEEP DOING WHAT YOU'RE DOING." He's been keeping a close eye (probably the closest eye, in fact) on the evolution of the size of my muscles as I've been following along with Kourtney Thomas's Bigness Project these past few months.

I think it's safe to say it's working. Thanks for the evidence, M. Roy!
