We are changing Thursday’s up a bit!!! Come and try Marty’s new 45-minute Technique Class at 5pm!!!

Want to sharpen up your strikes and kicks to look and feel strong? The combinations taught in class will be broken down and simplified at a fundamental pace to help build members confidence:
🔥5 min warm up.
🥊20 minute technique.
🔥15 skills/ drills/conditioning.
🥊5 min stretch cool down

6 days and counting……Only a few spots open for our 5 week transformation challenge, open to all members and non-members!!

This is an individualized challenge with small group support. Our ultimate goal is to lose weight and feel good doing it!

We’re over all the fad diets that don’t stick around because they either don’t work or are so restrictive we’re back to our old ways before the week is up.

Some may ask, “Can I drink wine and still do the challenge”? ABSOLUTELY! Our golden rule to follow is 80/20. Meaning 80% of the calories you consume in the day are Whole Foods and 20% foods you enjoy (insert cookies and wine here!)

It’s all about having the right information and using it to create lasting results for a healthier lifestyle!! Sounds like something you’d be interested in? LET’S GOOOOO!!!!
