We are taking registrations from all the surrounding areas. This is a club team that will serve anyone and everyone.

At launch the motto is “ we rather launch you than know you !”

What’s this ?!?!

Maybe a look at the new room for Launch Wrestling Academy(LWA). LWA will serve all Upper Merion Wrestling Club(UMWC) wrestlers along with any and everyone in the surrounding area WHO want to come and GET TO WORK !

To quote a famous movie, “If WE build it, THEY will come!”

Middle/High School wrestlers we will only go one night a week from this point to the start of the season. So clear all your Tuesdays until our first official practice in November. Remember only asking for 90 minutes a week ! 6:30-8:00 every Tuesday until November!

Also attention to any YOUTH wrestlers(ages 6-14) who would like to TRY wrestling. This is a free night of instruction for your child to attend.

Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 - 8:00 off-season workout in the new high school wrestling room(old middle school pool)

14 wrestlers in the room last Thursday!

I wonder if Coach Tim Harner, 4x state qualifier and 3x state place winner only wrestled from November to March?!?!?

Can you smell it !?!!

The smell of building champions in the off-season.

Off- season workouts start Thursday August 3rd, 6:30pm to 8pm in the new high school wrestling gym(the old middle school pool).

We will also be offering an all girls nights. Which will have 4 of UMWC’s own female wrestlers atttending ! More details to follow.

On top of that we will offer a beginners night for anyone in the age range of 5 to 14. More details to follow.
