“Why would I think about a shot I haven’t taken yet.” Michael Jordan’s greatest gift was not his baseline jump shot, his ability to jump, or his defense. Jordan’s greatest gift was his ability to remain completely present. He didn’t allow ‘stuff’ he couldn’t control to take up space in his mind. Jordan didn’t project the past into the future. Michael Jordan understood and practiced mindfulness. Being present was the ultimate separator for Jordan. Performance ALWAYS starts in the mind. It’s biological fact. Since mental training was good enough for Jordan to do every day, how much time are you spending on training your mind?

Uncertainty, confusion, having what you love on infinite pause is mentally challenging. I encourage you all to take care of your mental health. No shame in that game.

Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to Season 6 of the nationally televised program . Over 40 million viewers in 160 television markets across the US. Being able to share knowledge, educate, and offer insight on such a well respected program is humbling. Even though I am not the biggest fan of being on camera (I’m not photogenic and will probably need make-up🤷🏼‍♂️💄😂), I can’t wait until filming🎥. (Sometimes it’s ok to laugh at ourselves🤣💯).Thank you 🙏🏻 for this opportunity give to others🤝. 👉🏼🧠

We didn’t believe in the, “odds,” of making it to the NBA or not after the draft. Louis King never looked at the “odds.” He kept focused and fought physically and mentally, and has now been called up to the Detroit Pistons active roster. Never was a doubt in my mind he’d make it. Congratulations
