Hello everyone, after much consideration, its time that I step down as the head coach. Ive throughly enjoyed the many families that Ive gotten to know over these last 8 years. It cannot go without saying Ive learned so much from each athlete that I have coached. Good luck to each of you, cant wait to see what you do next!

Its time for me to go cheer on my boy. Until the next one, thank you all!

Wooooo! What a final. These girls put on a show. Both KG and Louisa played great!! Foxes come out with a 3-0 win!!!! 3 years of a conference and 3 years we have been crowned Champs. Way to go ladies!

Wake up!!!! It's championship day!!! Today we play Louisa at 5pm for the conference trophy. Come on out and support your ladies as they look battle against Louisa.

Tough lost to end the season. Week of practice then playoffs. Regular season record of 7-2 with 1 loss from an in conference team and 1 from out of conference. These ladies have had a great regular season. Onto playoffs!
