A clean workspace is a productive work space.

Thank you to all of our members for keeping the gym clean!

Thank you for putting weights back correctly, unloading bars and machines, keeping the bathrooms In order etc!

As a thank you we've added some new gear on the gym floor!

We've added more Barbell clips, extra 5 and 10 lb dumbbells, added more 10lb weight plates, a new adjustable bench and we've upgraded to a nice fat pad on the Hammer strength bench !

Enjoy the new stuff and thank you for keeping the gym a clean and nice place to be !
