A Night of Laughs at ICYCC!

What a great night! Our SOLD-OUT Comedy Night brought together good friends, delicious appetizers, refreshing drinks, and plenty of laughter, the perfect combination for a fun evening at Indian Creek.

Comedians Coach Tom Holaday, Vanessa Fleming, and Jared Stern were absolutely fantastic! From the moment they took the stage, the room was filled with laughter, and they kept it going all night long.

There’s just something special about getting together with friends, enjoying a few drinks and appetizers, and sharing a really good laugh. That’s what nights at Indian Creek are all about!

A big thank you to our comedians, our terrific Indian Creek staff, and everyone who joined us and made the evening such a success. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

As today marks Day One of our second year hosting the AJGA Northern Neck Junior All-Star Tournament, we want to extend our sincere thanks to the AJGA for naming this event the 2025 Junior All-Star of the Year!

What an incredible honor and a true reflection of the hard work, dedication, and support that went into making this tournament such a special experience for junior golfers. A special thank you to our Tournament Chairs, Steve and Martha Mattheisen, and to the many members, staff, and volunteers whose time and enthusiasm helped make the event so well-received.

We’re excited to welcome back the AJGA and look forward to another outstanding tournament at Indian Creek!

This week, our pool was buzzing with energy and excitement! Whether you dove into water aerobics with the incredible Ja'Nae Washington or relaxed poolside after the WGA 9 Hole Par 3 Par-Tee, it was the perfect setting for connection, wellness, and joy. Kudos to our Par 3 champions: Gross winners: Patti and Tom Bowman, and Net winners: Marlene and John Tilley!

Miss water aerobics this week? Join us next Wednesday at 9AM! September will mark the start of yoga, pilates and perhaps a little dance fitness mixed into the schedule - watch your email for details coming soon.

A road trip from the ICYCC Racquet Center to Washington, D.C. was the perfect way to combine tennis, travel, and a day in the city. The Mubadala Citi DC Open, one of the premier professional tennis tournaments in the United States, allowed us to cheer on top-ranked ATP and WTA stars, explore the tournament grounds, and soak in the electric atmosphere of live tennis. The trip was a great experience, and we are already planning for an extended stay next year!

A Great Weekend on the Eastern Shore!

Indian Creek Yacht Club members enjoyed a wonderful weekend cruise across the Bay to beautiful Onancock, Virginia!

From boating, kayaking, golf cart rides, the Farmers Market, local shops and galleries, and a visit to the playhouse, there was plenty to explore. Of course, there was also plenty of time for Docktails, drinks aboard Fleet Captain Beth Overholt’s boat, great food, lots of laughs, and time with good friends. A delicious dinner at Maurice featuring lobster, shrimp, sushi, and more was the perfect way to cap off another fun-filled day.

A special thank you to Fleet Captain Beth Overholt for organizing such a terrific cruise. Great boating, new adventures, and wonderful friendships, that’s what Indian Creek Yacht Club is all about!

You left our goal in the dust!
A heartfelt thank you to our incredible members and supporters for helping us blow past this year's $72,000 fundraising goal. Thanks to your generosity, compassion, and commitment to making a difference, we've raised more than $106,000 at this point—and contributions are still coming in!

Together, we're helping support Rappahannock General Hospital's $4.4 million MRI investment, bringing advanced diagnostic technology closer to home. This year's Crushing Cancer proceeds will fund the breast MRI coil and the supporting construction needed to make this important project a reality.

Your generosity is creating a lasting impact for our community, and we couldn't be more grateful.

Thank you for proving, once again, what can happen when our Club comes together for a greater cause.
