It is with a heavy heart that we’re announcing the close of Battlefield Athletics as a gym.

Unfortunately the cost of doing business has heavily outweighed the ability to provide a space for the experience we want all of our members to have, at a price that was budget friendly for the average consumer. We greatly appreciate and value every person who has shed blood, sweat, and tears alongside us. Be that as a member, volunteer for any event we’ve held, competitor in any competition we’ve had, personal training client, or most importantly friend-turned- family.

You’ll still be able to catch Tyler personal training at The Gym in Greenhill, and HOPEFULLY doing pop up classes here and there at future locations. 4 spots for Unlimited Personal Training are available.

Our last business day will be this Friday the 13th, and those with gym memberships will still be able to use the facility through Sunday night. We will officially be moved out and shut down Monday the 16th. This won’t be the end for the Battlefield Athletics family, just a brief see ya later.

I’m excited for this new project at Battlefield Athletics and hope that it can get more people excited to train more consistently.

I always encourage my 1-2x/weekers to come in more often and will often go as far to write out those days and instruct multiple days worth of training. But at the end of the day, it’s on them to show up and do that work without me present.

With the Unlimited option, you can schedule with me for all of your training and we can really get after some goals!

🔥Price: $400/month (or 2 monthly payments of $200)
🔥Scheduled at least 48 hours in advance to remain as organized as possible
🔥14 session cap, use as many as you want up to 14
🔥weekdays 8am-6pm, excluding class times

You don’t need unlimited time. You need two, sometimes three days a week.
That’s 8 to 10 sessions a month, which is already plenty to make real progress.

• 🔁 “I won’t use it enough.”
If you would train two or three days a week, you’d use it more than enough.
This option just removes the need to space sessions out or hold back.

• ⚖️ “Unlimited sounds like too much.”
You don’t have to max it out. There’s a cap for a reason (14 sessions).
It’s still structured, planned, and coached, not a free for all.
This gives you the freedom to come when you can without overthinking it.

This is built for people who want training to feel like part of their routine, not something they constantly have to negotiate.

Unlimited Personal Training✨

Why training 2-4 times per week actually matters?

Building happens after your workouts! Not during.

Training triggers this adaptation through a process called Muscle Protein Synthesis. That signal to build only lasts about 24 to 48 hours after your workouts.

If you train once a week, your muscles spend most of the week doing… nothing.
If you train twice, you get a little more progress.
If you train three times per week, you keep your body in rebuild mode far more consistently.

It means potentially better and quicker results! Training 2-4 days a week is often the sweet spot for strength, muscle, and fat loss.
Enough stimulus to make progress, enough recovery to stay healthy.

This is for people who know they need to train more than once a week to make real progress and want consistency to be the priority.

This is our highest commitment option, built for faster progress, better momentum, and making training a real part of your routine.

✨Unlimited Coaching means:
• Unlimited 60 minute one on one training sessions
• Max one session per day
• Sessions scheduled in advance, not drop in chaos
• 14 session monthly cap, to protect coaching quality and recovery

✔️Pricing: $400 per month
