Great start to the week with a full mat! Professor Grey was teaching back takes from closed guard, and everyone was putting in the work.

But what makes nights like this special isn’t just the training. It’s the people. Watching everyone show up, train together, help each other, and genuinely care about seeing the person next to them get better is what makes this community so special.

We’re thankful for everyone who continues to show up and be part of this family.

We had a great group on the mats, got some good rounds in, and most importantly, got to spend some time together as a community. We appreciate everyone who came out and helped make it a great day!
