We’ve had a busy weekend at the academy!

On Friday, we held promotions with lots of stripes being handed out, and we also had 5 students move from white belt to grey and white belt. Congratulations to Jaxson, Lyra, CJ, Zach, and Damian on this big accomplishment! Your hard work and dedication are paying off, and we’re excited to see your continued growth on the mats.

Then on Saturday, we celebrated the end of the school year with a party for our kids. Everyone got soaked during the water games, and we even had a fun yoga session on the mats for the parents. A few of the kids jumped in and joined the fun as well!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and helped make it such a great weekend. We’re proud to have such an amazing academy family! 🥋☀️💦🎉

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mothers out there! From the early mornings helping us get ready, to the late nights finishing last minute homework assignments, from the all day cooking to throwing together dinners after long days of work and running kids to all their events.

Thank you for the love, patience, sacrifices, and nonstop support you give every single day. The world keeps moving because of moms. We appreciate everything y’all do more than words can explain. 💐💖

Today at NAGA went great, to say the least. We may have had one of the smaller teams there with only 10 competitors, but we still came home with our fair share of hardware: 6 gold medals and 7 silver medals. 🥇🥈

Can’t express how proud we are of all the kids and adults who stepped on the mats today. Win or lose, it takes courage to compete, and everyone showed heart, toughness, and the willingness to keep improving.

Huge thank you to all the teammates, friends, and family who made the trip to Leander to support the team. We truly can’t do this without all of you. The gym may be the forge, but the community is the fuel. 🔥
