A preview of our Mini & Me event haha. So decided to bring both of her daughters to train tonight and all I can say is that African blood is SOMETHING ELSE!! The one in black is 12 and the one in pink is only 10 already flipping TIRES!!!!

FINALLY showed up! Put her through the same basic workout as the other girls (all African sisters crazy right?) Anyway this is juat basic movements with consistency .

All three of the African sisters that came to my gym needed absolutely no correction on form with their push ups. Elbows tucked in and lift! Personally I think i could've smoke .mo18 just a bit harder lol
