The Kilkenny Community Center/Library is available for use by all citizens. The Kilkenny Community Center/Library is a shared space to be used by various groups for meetings, events, parties, etc. The community calendar is available for all groups to write events so double booking does not occur. All persons using the facility are expected to clean up after use

. Including putting all items and furniture where found, sweeping (mopping if needed), wiping down tables & countertops, taking out trash, turning off all lights, and locking building. No one is to throw away or remove items that do not personally belong to them. Harassment of any kind, threats, profanities, gambling, smoking, alcohol consumption and similar unprofessional activities are strictly prohibited while in the building.
