The 5-to-7 PM crowd at Lone Star Strength is a different breed. These are the folks who just wrapped up a brutal shift, and the people getting their minds right to go start one. They are here to sweat out the stress, move heavy iron, and clear their heads.🖤

‼️The sign on our door doesn't stutter: “MEMBERS ONLY past this point. Your friends are great, but our members are better. It will cost you.” ‼️

Let’s get one thing straight: If you disrespect the hard-working, due-paying members of Lone Star Strength, you will be asked to leave. Period.
This ain’t Planet Fitness. We don't cater to freeloaders, and we don't tolerate any shenanigans. We protect our own, and we protect the space you pay your hard-earned money to train in. 🥸
