Folks really believe it won't happen to them in Nowheresville, MT. It does. It happens everywhere. What are you doing to be prepared? I'm not only writing about the "hard" skills, but what about the "soft" skills? Do you know the legal guardrails?

Update: Two people were killed and two others were injured in a shooting early Monday morning in Stillwater County, according to an update from the sheriff.
