Fit Armadillo was founded by Catherine Turley, an ACE-Certified Fitness Professional with her Bachelor's Degree in Biology from The College of William and Mary and Master's Degree in Education from the University of Connecticut. Catherine used her experiences at a variety of fitness facilities ( YMCA, private gyms, women only faciliti

es) and roles ( fitness center director, personal trainer, group exercise instructor, cross country and track and field coach) to create her business. Fit Armadillo offers online personal training with two options: ON DEMAND and regular. On demand sessions give you the freedom to book with 30 mins notice!
