Winter/Summer: warm clothing that will break wind and shed water, warm dry shoes as well. Rubber gloves with hot hands because most gloves will get jammed in mechanical reels and break them. For summer wear sunscreen and sunglasses, light clothing, water. Hat, sunglasses

Life jackets for 13 and under I always prefer parents fit their child for one, otherwise I provide standard issue. Cooler or large box to carry home fillets in. I clean the fish and put them in sealed bag

Fish On! Fishonok.com 11/5/25 Oologah today. Real nice weather today. I spent more time than usual looking for fish before stopping. Finally found some in 12 foot of water. Nothing on downlines or short lines cast away from the boat. We did catch some sand bass on artificial and we were doing real good on catfish at that location nothin to really say catfish were there but they were definitely there. We moved on looking again found some more quickly again no bites that area was completely dead. Moved on again found some again which swarmed underneath the boat checking out our baits and not biting, but once again boating some nice blues. Moved down to another location and finally dropped a bait and picked it up off the bottom to hook a hybrid. Real nice one. The only one for the outing. Got some more nice blues and headed in. The blues were caught on whole live bait. So was the hybrid. Thanks Bob for organizing the event sorry it was a slow day will blame it on the moon or the pressures. It was an off day on the bait as well what I could find was mostly glued to bottom so whatever that means :-) 3 gallons of fillets. Water temperatures continue to drop down to 59 now. The hybrid bite has been sluggish but worth the time till today. Blues real good tho.

Fish On! 11-1-25 Oologah again. Started off with a cold front rolling over. Not much going on on the first stop we caught some nice catfish and one big hybrid. Moved onto the second spot and caught 16 very nice hybrids they were pretty boat shy today preferring to take some free lines cast away from the boat. We looked around as the noon hour approached we had trouble getting them to bite. But had fun trying they were looking crazy good on sonar. Didn’t get any bites on artificials either. Loaded up the 150qt cooler anyway :) thanks James for organizing the event!

Fish On! 10/30/25 Oologah today. Missed some trips due to wind and rain. Today sure was nice we didn’t have much trouble bagging 20 nice hybrids for a limit either. The second fish was a reel nice 9lber! Fishing 25 to 30 feet of water I did have to move around a little. Mostly downlines and live bait. Fairly large bait. Got four nice catfish as well. Water temperature down to 62.

Fish On! 10-23-25 Oologah again today. Water temperature 68/69. We started off today in 25 foot of water and we snapped a bunch of lines off until we got adjusted. I think we only caught about six of them there. We moved into 30 foot of water and caught the 5man limit on overs. Hit another incredible day of fishing. Can’t go wrong booking in October. Even on a slow day it’s going to be amazing. The days like this is just incredible. Thanks Shane for bringing your crew you guys kept me laughing the whole time! Fishonok.com

Fish On! 10/22/25 Oologah, water temp 69, Time to go! We got them in 18 to 25 foot of water today. Thanks Tom for choosing my service. Limit of hybrid Striper. We had to work hard for them. Most on live bait but four or five of them on artificial. And some nice large catfish they were very aggressive.

Fish On! Oct 21, Oologah. Water temperature down to 69. We rolled out and we were able to find some groups of Fish on the first and second stop. Pretty strong northwest wind today kind of splashing hard on the boat and stuff and fish were being boat shy. That being said Most of what we caught we’re on free lines using live bait. The window of opportunity was about 10 till 11 o’clock today. We did catch a couple of more after 11 but they certainly were roaming around and wouldn’t stay put. We got them in 20, 25 foot today. A few short hits stripped away. Thank you Tom! y’all did a great job catching those big hybrids. We did manage to get a limit of fish. Catch and Release today a lot of photos. One 9 pound hybrid was best one this month so far! I’m still showing the 30th and the 5th open. Possibly others. So if you’re into some trophy type Fishing. Give me a call!!

Fish On! 10/19/25. OOLOGAH Anothet slabtastic outing I just can’t get over the quality of fish this lake produces any given day. I hate racking up too many days in a row and getting rundown. But the fishing is so good I’m willing to take somebody out Thursday or Friday of this week. I’d recommend making time to do it if you can. Every fish is outstanding size. Slow start this morning but racked up a full limit of hybrid and headed in before noon anyway. Thanks Daniel for bringing your family it was a pleasure having y’all out today! Water temp 71 fishing 30ft. And live shad on downlines.

Fish On! Fishonok.com for 24hr booking. Oologah today! Got them in 18 to 20 foot of water. On live bait and artificial lures. Water temperature low 70s. Pretty high wind by about 11 o’clock. Real nice size hybrid stripers. Then Sand Bass every cast. Thank you Cynthia I hope everybody had a good time and learned some things today! Rodney did one for me today on keystone for crappie looks like everybody had fun all around. Shared a few photos.

I'm going to open the dates Oct 23, 28, 30th this month a options for Oologah. To me it just seems like they're just starting to feed heavy. We flat out tore them up last outing. Other openings as well with other boats.
