It is that time of year again to honor and celebrate! Before the brats, burgers and dogs take some time to remember the fallen and work up an appetite!
Monday May 26, 2025 at 9:00am we will be hosting the famous MURPH workout! Everyone is welcome!

You are also welcome to pick your own hero wod and do it during class if you do not want to do Murph.
