Tradewinds Marina Tradewinds Marina We are the newest full service marina on Lake Carlyle with open slips up to 40 ft. and covered docks up to 45 ft. We also have a 2000 square ft.

clubhouse with shower facilities, laundry, full kitchen, and free WiFi. BBQ pits, pavillions, picnic tables compliment the facilities, which include a ship store, gas dock, and pumpout.

Marina patrons who have rented slips are the Best!
Anyone tying up to the docks and using the facilities who hasn't rented a slip will be told to leave, and not in a nice way.
Courtesy parking for The Keyspot is ONLY on the north side of the fuel dock.
