Embodied Alchemy is a mystical, somatic flow designed to open the body while anchoring the field. We move through intentional sequences that include grounding shapes, steady twists, deep hip openers, spinal awakening, and longer held postures that allow sensation to reorganize and energy to shift.

There will be fluid movement.

There will be stillness.
There will be space to feel.

Breathwork is woven throughout to regulate the nervous system and deepen presence. Some weeks will include guided meditation or visualization layered into longer holds, allowing insight to arise organically from within the body itself.
