For sure all is negotiable. Right now our “retirement” was cancelled by the Captain passing. We were hoping a tv show fan would come forward.

Although 1985 sailboat was valued at at 100k as was the “wild thing 1989 Morgan Catalina last year - now is the time to formerly pay off their business debts and close the books.
