So grateful for days like these! Yesterday was an incredible day at the gym, with nearly 70 kids participating across all our programs. From boxing and jiu-jitsu to our fundamentals class for ages 3 to 5, and wrestling—every area was buzzing with energy. Seeing so many young athletes eager to learn, train, and grow makes all the hard work worth it. It's amazing to witness their progress, dedication, and the community we're building together. Can't wait to see these kids continue to develop their skills and confidence!

Check out our boxers Shyla (2nd from back) and Stone (front with rifle) who are part of the Florida Keys Sea Cadets. Today, they honored and remembered those who gave their lives to protect our freedom and country at the Veterans Memorial at BayView Park. The Key West PAL Fighting Conchs remember those on this day who took the front line for the biggest fight.
