Come by the shop to get your Stream2Sea REEF SAFE watersport sunscreen! Did you know, most sunscreens are harmful to our coral reefs? Additionally, many "reef safe" brands may actually still be harmful to corals if they do not use non-nano particle ingredients. Look for mineral sunscreens that have non-nano Titanium Dioxide or Zinc Oxide listed as the active ingredients. Learn more at https://stream2sea.com/pages/ingredients-to-avoid.

Instructor Noah went out on the USCGC Duane Wreck yesterday! Beautiful day, 1ft seas with no chop, hardly any current, and about 70+ft of viz. The Duane was a Coast Guard Cutter that was sunk as an artificial reef in 1987 off the coast of Key Largo and Tavernier. This beautiful dive site is home to fish, sharks, turtles, and many sponges and corals. Advanced certifications are required with Nitrox specialty certifications highly recommend to maximize your time on the wreck. Interested in taking these courses to experience the amazing deep wrecks here in the Keys? Call or come by the shop to learn more about these courses!
