PADI Scuba Instructor & Dive Guide
Rainbow Reef Dive Center is one of the busiest and most respected dive operations in the world. With two full-service dive centers, a fleet of eight charter boats, a retail store, and a state-of-the-art training facility featuring a deep-water pool, we provide unmatched diving experiences in the beautiful NOAA Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and Key Largo area. Our team of over 60 professionals certifies thousands of recreational and professional-level divers each year and introduces tens of thousands of guests to the underwater world.
We are currently seeking motivated, safety-focused PADI Instructors (OWSI or higher) to join our dynamic and professional team. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, professional attitude
Teach PADI courses in accordance with industry and agency standards
Lead guided dives for certified divers
Assist as a first mate aboard dive vessels
Qualifications
PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) certification or higher
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Must be a team player
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service experience preferred
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
