🥋❤️ Class may be over, but the lessons continue.

At the end of every class, our kids line up and take a moment to bow and shake hands with their instructors and each of their friends.

A simple gesture that teaches something so much bigger: respect, discipline, humility, friendship, and connection. 🤝

It’s beautiful to watch them grow—not only as young Jiu-Jitsu practitioners, but as kind, respectful, and confident human beings.

Because at Alliance, we teach much more than Jiu-Jitsu. We teach values for life. ❤️🥋

Strength isn’t just about endurance. It’s also about self-care. 🩷

It’s the strength to build healthy habits, respect your body, and make taking care of your health part of your routine. During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we reinforce the importance of breast cancer awareness and the everyday choices that can support long-term health.

Keep moving. Keep taking care of yourself. And encourage other women to do the same.

Confidence is also a form of defense. 🧡

Jiu-Jitsu helps children develop confidence, self-control, respect, and the ability to handle difficult situations without teaching them that violence is the first response.

Share this with another family that believes in this purpose.

Winning once is a milestone. Winning four times means coming back, facing the pressure again, and earning it all over again. 🥇

Lucas is now a FOUR-TIME No-Gi Pan American Champion.

This match shows the competition. What it doesn’t show is everything that goes into stepping onto those mats prepared: the daily training, the difficult rounds, the weight cut, the adjustments, and the willingness to keep learning, even after becoming a champion.

Lucas, congratulations on your fourth title. Thank you for representing Alliance Key Biscayne and giving our students a powerful example of where dedication can take them. 🦅🔥
