Workout Wednesday!

Tricep Takeover!
Format: 4 sets each exercise 10–12 reps 60–90 sec rest between sets

The Workout:
Close-Grip Bench Pres
Overhead Dumbbell Extension (Seated or Standing)
Cable Tricep Pushdowns (Rope or Straight Bar)
Dumbbell Kickback
Bench Dips (Bodyweight or Weighted)

Optional Finisher:
Tricep Burnout Set
20 Pushdowns (light weight)
15 Diamond Push-Ups
10 Kickbacks (each arm)
No rest — go straight through, then rest 60 sec. Repeat twice.

Cool Down:
Overhead Tricep Stretch – 30 sec each side
Shoulder rolls – 10 forward, 10 back
Arm across chest stretch – 30 sec each side
