π₯³ Transformation Tuesday π₯³
Let's give a huge shoutout to Justin for his incredible transformation! πππͺ He's down 1οΈβ£6οΈβ£ pounds and 1οΈβ£0οΈβ£ inches β and has completely transformed his approach to health, fitness, and nutrition!
Here's what Justin had to say about his journey:
β What did life look like before Fit Body?
Before Fit Body, my diet and workout habits were absolutely atrocious. I would eat pretty much anything that sounded good and never paid attention to portions or what I was actually putting into my body. My wife and I had a gym membership, but we rarely went, and when we did, we didn't really have any direction. As a result, we weren't seeing any progress. I was feeling lethargic, my clothes weren't fitting well anymore, and my confidence was definitely taking a hit.
β What was your 1st impression of Fit Body and how did it change after you started your journey with us?
To be completely honest, I was skeptical. When results were promised, it felt like a red flag to me. But I decided to give it a chance because there was such a strong emphasis on nutrition, which gave me hope. When I showed up for my first class and saw everyone smiling, high-fiving, and cheering each other on, I honestly got "cult vibes." π After surviving that first workout, though, I understood the energy. There was a shared sense of accomplishment and support that made me want to keep coming back.
β What has been the biggest obstacle you have had to overcome to achieve these results?
The biggest obstacle was changing my diet. Unhealthy food had always been a huge part of my life, and building the momentum to make better choices wasn't easy. Now I focus on eating as naturally as possible and have cut way back on processed and junk foods.
β How has your mindset shifted during this process?
I've developed a completely different mindset toward health and fitness. I love the dedication and empowerment I've gained from learning how food actually works and from staying consistent with my workouts. I genuinely feel bad if I miss a week where I don't get at least four classes in. I've also become much more invested in how I feel and am proud of how I look. I've even started expanding my cooking skills and creating my own cookbook with recipes I've tried and enjoyed. β¨
β What are you most proud of during this journey?
Honestly, what I'm most proud of isn't my own accomplishments. It's my wife's. She's the reason we started this journey in the first place, and watching her push herself, stay disciplined, and become the version of herself she wants to be has brought me more pride than anything I've accomplished myself. β€οΈπ
