Midwest Ohio Broomball League - MOBL Founded in 2004, The Midwest Ohio Broomball League plays its coed season every March / April at The Kettering, OH Recreation Center Ice Rink.

I have been receiving questions about MOBL Spring 2019, and MOBL's future, and wanted to provide a status update. MOBL needs at least 4 fully committed teams to hold a Spring Session, and we failed to do that for 2018. Kettering Rec requires that I sign a binding financial contract in July for any ice time MOBL wants to rent the following Spring. If three other Team Captains (plus myself) are willing to invest a $400 down payment each to secure ice time, I am willing to sign a contract in any given July to secure ice time for the following Spring. MOBL had a fun 15 year run at Kettering, and it would be great to revive it again. Thanks, Phil Cheesebrough (MOBL Commissioner & Captain of Bang Gang MOBL Team).
