Meet Turbo, he is our new mascot and the newest addition to our household. He will be at the gym with me from now on. He is gentle and sweet, loves to meet new people, and is shaping up to be a great trainer. His name implies that he is fast, he is. I’m so glad this sweet soul found me, I needed him. It has been the biggest trials of my life packed into the last few years. I am not going to recap anything that tried to break me, my little words on this screen couldn’t do it justice. I’m no different than anyone else, bad things happen and that’s life.
I’m reaching out to you. I understand how things just won’t work out sometimes no matter how hard you try. You have to get strong and get up and never quit.
I don’t judge anyone for the condition, alcoholism, drug addiction, overeating, depression, anxiety.
WE ARE HUMAN! You are not “less than” because s**t happened!

I won’t judge.

I won’t hurt you and make you too sore to function.
And I won’t judge... that’s important, it happens too much already.
