Join us for Ski Conditioning at The Mill, where we’ll focus on strength, form, mobility, and leg endurance to build turn-ready legs.

Fall Fit Fridays are on the way! 🍁

Starting Friday, September 12th, join Sophie at Old Cutter’s Park in Hailey for an outdoor sweat session that blends bodyweight, bands, endurance, and mobility work—all while soaking up the beauty of fall (and avoiding that northbound traffic, YAY! 🙌).

Every Friday from Sept 12th-Oct 31st, we’ll be sweating rain, snow, or shine—just bring your layers, a water bottle, and a yoga mat.

We’re so excited to welcome Ingi Peterson to The Mill crew! 🎉

A licensed massage therapist and certified Pilates instructor, Ingi brings a wealth of knowledge about bodies in motion. She’s passionate about core foundation, mobility, and helping you feel strong, connected, and free in your movement—both in and out of the gym.

Ingrid will be teaching Recovery Mill, a new class on the schedule that combines stretching, mobility work, and gentle movement to help your body unwind, recover, and feel its best after all your adventures in and out of the gym.

Come meet Ingi for a FREE Recovery Mill class this Thursday from 5:30–6:30pm! From then on, you can find her on the schedule every Thursday evening at 5:30pm. You don’t want to miss this—your body will thank you.
