As we wrap up another swim season, we want to take a moment to celebrate everything our swimmers accomplished this year.
Our end-of-season banquet was a wonderful opportunity to recognize the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our athletes. From broken records and IMR/IMX Challenge accomplishments to Swim-a-Thon milestones and personal successes, it was inspiring to see each swimmer recognized for the effort they put in throughout the season.
This season brought its share of challenges, but through it all, our swimmers continued to show up, work hard, support one another, and stay committed to their goals. Their perseverance, growth, and dedication made this a season to be proud of.
Most importantly, it was special to see everyone celebrate not only accomplishments in the pool, but also the friendships, teamwork, and sense of community that make KKW such a special club.
As we look ahead to summer, we’re excited for more opportunities to learn, grow, and have fun together. Thank you to all of our swimmers, families, coaches, and volunteers for making this season one to remember.
We are especially grateful to Coach Zach and Coach Mark for stepping in and volunteering to help the team this summer. After this week, practices will resume July 6 through August 31 following the pool maintenance closure from June 15–July 5. We look forward to seeing everyone back on deck then.
Here’s to a great summer season and all that’s ahead for KKW.
