In 2023, local business owners Bill Howard and Bill Rudd joined forces with Michelle DeLang Conner and the owners of The Club at Glenmore to create something meaningful — a golf fundraiser and dedicated fund supporting early Alzheimer’s research at UVA Neuroscience.

On Monday, May 4, friends, family, generous local businesses, sponsors, and volunteers became the ocean — raising an estimated $80,000 to support the best and brightest minds advancing Alzheimer’s research at UVA Neuroscience.
