Good morning everyone!
In case you haven't heard yet, our gym is moving locations. I will post the new class schedules as soon as we are up and running.😉
Lots of new and exciting things in store coming soon!
A BIG Thank you to all the people that helped with the move, and supported or helped in some way during this transition, We appreciate you more than you know!!!!

❤️ can't wait!!!

🤗We are getting so excited for our annual in-house 💖PINK OUT~FLIP OUT 💖competition October 30th. We are even more excited to use this as an opportunity to raise money for The Pink Pumpkin Project, a non-profit organization that provides financial and emotional support to LOCAL families fighting breast cancer.

We will have an AMAZING basket raffle with pre-sale tickets along with an online event clothing order, 50/50, and Warrior Wishes to honor all cancers and terminal illness. ALL proceeds go to the PPP.
👀Please watch close for updates as we hope to beat our donation of over $3,000 from last year! We will be offering fundraising opportunities the entire month of October. Stop in and help us out by purchasing tickets or donating an item.
This event is in honor of Coach Jonnie’s mother who was a breast cancer survivor prior to her passing and spent most of her life helping those in need. We would love any support you are able to provide! 💕💜

Hello Girls Competition team!!! We are invited to attend the Pink out Flip out meet hosted by
G2 Gymnastics in Shingle house, PA. The meet will be held on Sunday, October 30th. Time TBA. Registration is $45.00 . Information will be handed out Monday September 26th.
