Chef Ian has a couple of delicious reasons to stop by Comanche Trace this week!

First up, our Short Rib Birria Melt ($22) brings together tender chile-braised short rib, melted cheeses, caramelized onions, and roasted poblano crema on golden sourdough, served with rich birria consommé for dipping. Trust us, you'll want an extra napkin for this one!

Making dinner plans? Our Scallops au Saffron ($45) feature beautifully seared sea scallops over creamy saffron risotto with charred sweet corn, finished with lemon-miso brown butter and a touch of Calabrian chili oil. Available during dinner service only.

Whether it's a casual lunch at the Pinnacle Bar & Grill, a special dinner with friends, or one of our many member events, Chef Ian and his culinary team work hard behind the scenes to make every dining experience something special.

We're fortunate to have Chef Ian leading our culinary team, bringing fresh ideas to our menus, and sharing his love of great food with our members and guests.
