Kern River Valley Gun Association The KRVGA offers archery/rifle/pistol & shotgun shooting and safe and friendly environment. We are closed Tuesday morning until noon for maintenance.

The range is open to members from sunrise to sunset seven days a week (Except Tuesday morning). The Kern River Valley Gun Association promotes organized rifle, pistol & shotgun shooting and safe handling in an environment friendly recreational shooting area. The range is open to the public Sundays from 9:00 AM until 1:00PM, weather permitting.

Looking for an activity this Saturday, April 18th? Why not join us at 9am for our 2-gun Action Challenge Match?

You don't need to be a great shooter; just a safe shooter with a good attitude!

To participate, you will need a rifle, pistol, and a holster that will keep your pistol secure during movement. Participation is only $5 for KRVGA members and $20 for non-members.

Pre-registration has been reopened until 9pm tonight, but walk-ons are also accepted.

Tomorrow, February 21st, is our Two-Gun Action Challenge Match! Entry is only $5 for KRVGA members and $20 for the public.

We DO accept as many walk-ons as possible, but pre-registration guarantees your spot and gets us rolling as quickly as possible in the morning.

Tomorrow, January 17th, is our first competition of the year: a long-range rifle shoot, featuring targets out to 750 yards and multiple strings of fire with designated shooting positions.

Participation is only $5 for members and $10 for the general public. We hope to see you there!

Our competition this month will be held on November 29th. This month's competition will be a Pistol Challenge Match (but PCC shooters are also welcome!)

Competitors can expect two stages with a variety of targets and some movement during the course of fire. Participation is $5 for members and $10 for non-members.

If you'd like to get out of the house for a couple of hours at the end of your holiday week, we'd love to have you join us!

Our competition this month is on Saturday, April 26th, and it's another 2-Gun Action Challenge Match!
