I am excited to announce that Praize Kraze will be hosted for free during your lunch hour on Wednesdays and Thursdays starting July 15th at my studio located 1031 E Mountain St, Bldg 308, Suite 109, Kernersville.

These sessions will only be 30 minutes so that you can get back to work renewed, refreshed and revived after a workout of your body and soul!

We start with prayer at 12pm and will end promptly at 12:30! Come share your lunch time with us!
