I’m excited to be a speaker at the 2026 REACH Women’s Conference on Wednesday, March 25th in Winston-Salem, North Carolina! I’ll be a roundtable facilitator leading a discussion on The Consistently Inconsistent Woman: Tools for Moving Forward When Motivation Won't Stay Put.

If you are local to the Winston Salem, NC area (or if you love a good road trip) join over 600 women in the community for the sixth annual REACH Women’s Conference on March 25th at Benton Convention Center! Our keynote speakers will inspire you to listen to the wisdom within you and stand up for what you know is right. Our panels and workshops will energize your leadership, sharpen your communications skills, and prepare you for the technology of the future. REACH Women’s Network is a space for women (and supportive allies!) who are rooting for you! This day will be bold. This day will be fun. And it won’t be the same without you there.

Join me by purchasing your ticket today at reachwomensconference.org. Registration closes on March 16th.

What if awareness mattered more than action right now?

January can make us feel like we should already be doing, executing, and following through.
But sometimes the most powerful thing we can do first is slow down and notice what’s actually getting in our way.

I wrote about this in my latest Substack post, especially for anyone who gets stuck in the “why am I like this?” spiral.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to read along.

Whether you’re celebrating with sparklers and hot dogs or just soaking up a quiet moment (with noise-canceling headphones), remember—forward motion counts, even if you’re cruising in holiday mode.

Wishing you a safe, joyful 4th of July with fewer bumps, more laughter, and a little space to breathe.

“Objects in motion tend to stay in motion. Unless you forget why you started, get overwhelmed, and pull over for snacks.”

If that feels familiar, you’re not alone.
Sometimes, forward motion looks like tiny bursts of progress between long stretches of feeling stuck. That’s not failure—that’s how a lot of ADHD brains roll.

The key is learning how to get the wheels turning again when they stop. That’s one of the things that coaching can help with.

Where I’ve Been…

I’ve never been shy about the fact that I am an ADHDer and regular rider on the struggle bus. In fact, I drive it proudly most days. Lately though, the struggle bus has been dragging me down the road as I have been trying to figure out how to build a business that actually works with my ADHD brain and still leaves me with enough gas in my tank for my family and my clients.

Turns out, the messy middle can be a tough route for the GPS to decipher. I’ve experienced a lot of detours, consumed copious amounts of coffee, and started over more times than I can count at this point.

But, while the drive has been challenging I have kept moving forward, despite being pretty quiet on socials. I have been learning, building, and growing during this time. I’ve been working with some of the coolest clients, speaking to incredible groups, and taking some big leaps.

I’m back in the driver’s seat and can’t wait to share with you some of the things that I have picked up on this journey. So here we go. I’ve had a tune up, and the bus is moving towards some exciting stuff! Let’s see where this thing goes.

🌟 Welcome to Struggle Bus Coaching! 🌟

I am so excited to introduce you to Struggle Bus Coaching—a place where struggle isn’t something to be feared but embraced as part of the journey. As a ADHD mom with children who have unique educational needs—including ADHD and Dyslexia—I understand how difficult it can be to keep moving your bus forward when it feels like the path is completely uphill. Whether it's navigating learning differences, managing the pressures of academic success, or just trying to get you kids to school drop off with shoes on their feet, I’ve been there.

My coaching practice was built out of a desire to create what I could not find when our family needed it the most. I’ve been where you are, and I’m here to help you navigate your own path, whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply striving to be the best version of yourself.
