Anyone and everyone will benefit from the CIRCL Mobility Program. The CIRCL program will help improve balance, reduce stiffness, enhance joint range of motion, hydrate the fascia, and optimize activities of daily life and sport.

CIRCL Mobility will unlock your body’s potential through mobility, flexibility, and breathwork exercises designed to optimize how you move through daily life. Based on the cutting-edge science of functional movement, you’ll release physical restrictions, restore your full range of motion, and renew your movement capabilities.

You can use the CIRCL Mobility Program for recovery:
• Post-Workout
• Pre and post-rehabilitation
• Overstressed or immunocompromised
• On active recovery days between regular cardiovascular and resistance training sessions.
