Mojo Family,

Tomorrow I undergo quadruple bypass surgery, and I wanted to ask our baseball family to keep me and my loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.

Coaching this organization has never just been about baseball. It’s about building young men of character, creating a family, and being there for one another through life’s biggest moments. Right now, I’m the one leaning on that family.

Please keep the surgeons, nurses, and my family in your prayers as we face the day ahead. I’m looking forward to getting through this, recovering, and being back where I belong—on the field with our players.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out, offered support, and shown love throughout this journey. It means more than words can express.

The Mojo Way is family… and I’m grateful to have each of you in mine. 💙⚾

Season Comes to an End in the Semifinals.

We came up short, falling 10-7 to the Ohio Vandals 16U 2028 in the semifinals. While the result wasn’t what we wanted, I’m incredibly proud of the fight these young men showed until the final out.

This group battled all season, continued to improve, and represented The Mojo Way with heart, toughness, and class. Adversity is part of the game, and it’s how you respond that defines you.

Thank you to our players for buying in, our parents for their unwavering support, and everyone who followed us throughout the season. We appreciate each and every one of you.

This isn’t the ending we hoped for, but it’s another step in building something special. We’ll learn from it, get back to work, and come back even stronger.

Once Mojo, Always Mojo.

Big day on the field.

Game 1: battled to a 3–3 finish.
Game 2: came out strong and took it 9–2.

Steady improvement, good energy, and a lot to build on heading into bracket play as the #2 seed. 💪⚾

Last tournament of the season let’s go boys ⚾️⚾️

We always preach to our boys the importance of being professional at all times because you never know who you’ll meet or who might be watching.

This past weekend was a perfect example. The team had the opportunity to have Cooper Vance umpire two of their games. Cooper is a senior infielder at Oregon State after transferring from Eastern Michigan and is a great example of where hard work and dedication can take you.

Baseball is a small world. Carry yourself with respect, compete the right way, and represent the Mojo Way every time you step on the field.
