The last one happens more than you think 😅

I am HONORED to spend one hour increments with these women sometimes once or twice or multiple times per week. They have become my best friends, family members, and my community. We’ve laughed together, we’ve cried today, we’ve grown together. And during those one hour sessions, I always think about them and their families and their lives, because to me they aren’t numbers. They are humans and I care so deeply about each and every one of them 💜

If you’re one of my members, whether in person or online, just know I love you and appreciate you and think about you guys constantly.

The one thing I wish more women thought about…

Strength.

Hear me out. We as women have been told to think about the scale, and skinny, and pants size, and how small we can possibly be. But small doesn’t always mean healthy or strong. Small may mean low muscle mass, low bone density, dehydration and other nutrient deficiencies, and just overall feeling blah.

Here’s what we should be focusing on instead.

Strength.

Babies weigh a lot. Whether it’s your own or a grandbaby and a niece or nephew. Picking a baby up off the ground requires strength.

Groceries weigh a lot. And I’m not sure about you, but I like to get as many inside as I can in as few trips as possible. That requires strength.

Sitting on the toilet in your 80s is a privilege you earn, not a given. It requires strength.

Catching yourself on a fall as you age instead of plummeting and breaking bones requires strength.

If you’re so busy focusing on small that you don’t have time to focus on strength, your mindset is in the wrong place.

Flip the script and be your STRONGEST self. You deserve it.
