Main thing to understand is that fitness and being healthy is a must. Although we all have our personal stimulus that we put on our body, we must strive to find balance. Health and fitness is on the top of the list for me.

Its the journey for me. This past 5 months was hard but it was worth it. One of my bucket list is crossed off. The Army taught me what determination and discipline really meant. Three words:

-this is the second time reaching this body fat level. My journey does not cease here. The continues. My goal is to be the best version of myself for my fam and myself!
