Team Raise the Bar sure knows how to make the most of a Saturday...

Our swimmers knocked out a solid threshold set at the pool this morning, then regrouped for our first outdoor team ride of the season on the Lake Meridian Triathlon course. 

Feeling a little FOMO? Join us at the East Puyallup Trailhead at 8am tomorrow (5/3) for our monthly run + coffee social. We'll run an out and back on the Foothills Trail, followed by some well-deserved treats and socializing at Fika Coffee.
