Introducing REST & RESET! 💤 Our new class type is designed to support KSU Students in prioritizing sleep as we begin to approach finals week.

No workout, just wellness. A certified sleep instructor will guide you with breath work as you slowly rest into the yoga mat. 45 minutes of uninterrupted rest might be just what you need to practice achieving better sleep.
